V pom\u011bru 3:1 (voda:semena) nech\u00e1me sem\u00ednka pono\u0159en\u00e1 ve studen\u00e9 vod\u011b po nutnou dobu (u ka\u017ed\u00e9ho druhu je to jinak, n\u011bkter\u00e9 se probud\u00ed ji\u017e po p\u016fl hodin\u011b). Po nabobtn\u00e1n\u00ed se voda slije, semena se op\u011bt propl\u00e1chnou a um\u00edst\u00ed do misky \u010di speci\u00e1ln\u00edch kl\u00ed\u010d\u00edc\u00edch n\u00e1dob, kter\u00e9 jsou k sehn\u00e1n\u00ed v prodejn\u00e1ch.
